Bhayanak Maut album and boxset details.

First off, thanks for the overwhelming response to the Bhayanak Maut album - it really has been a wonderful ride, and we're very happy that it has been received so well.

For those who aren't aware, the album is available in two packages - as a digipack and a deluxe box set. The digipack is the regular album package, and the box set consists of the digipack, a Bhayanak Maut signature postcard and a Bhayanak Maut signature wallet.

The album is priced at Rs 300, and the box set at Rs 500. Shipping charges are Rs 50 extra for each.

Here's how to go about buying the album:

1) Online Payment: Create a PayPal account (www.paypal.com) and transfer $7 to the account of emailshashwat@ymail.com.

2) Demand Draft: Make a DD for Rs 350 in the name of: Shashwat Gupta, E-19 Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi.

MyndSnare - Conditioned:Human is available from us!

Technical thrash veterans MyndSnare from Bangalore, one of the first bands to join forces with Grey and Saurian, released their album Conditioned:Human in late 2008. The album was mixed and mastered by Anupam at his own Grey Studios, and is easily the best thrash album released by a band from the subcontinent. The CD is priced at Rs 250, and apart from the dazzling display of technical metal from messrs KP, Sandesh and Yasmin, you are treated to some amazing artwork courtesy Pratik Kamat. Undying Inc.

Undying Inc, the four-piece wrecking ball from New Delhi are now with Grey and Saurian. Having slogged it out in the scene for the better part of a decade now, the quartet broke into the top echelons of the metal fraternity a couple of years ago when they absolutely laid waste to The Mezz. Since then, they have been gigging regularly, with a few more broken bottles and bleeding noses being observed in the pits with each passing gig. One of their most memorable recent performances would be the RSJ 15th Year Anniversary party at Turquoise Cottage in February. Undying Inc teamed up with members of Delhi's legendary mosh mongers Joint Family, guest drummers from Another Vertigo Rush and Indigo Children and vocalists from Artillerie and Gates of Assault, to form an explosive 9-piece Undying Joint - and completely annihilated the venue with a cover of Slipknot's "The Blister Exists". Immediately following this was a short but intense set of Undying's own material which, needless to say, demonstrated as usual this band's incredible power on stage, particularly frontman Shashank.

Undying Inc are shortly commencing with the recording of a new full-length album with Anupam in the producer's chair. Watch this space and the website for updates. Bhayanak Maut album - just a month to go!

You heard it right. Bhayanak Maut - metalcore monsters from Mumbai and one of the first bands to team up with Grey and Saurian - are almost set to announce their self-titled sophomore release on August 1, 2009. This is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated albums from India this year, and we are absolutely thrilled with how it's sounding so far. The tracking process is complete, and Anupam is flexing his mixing chops to the limit. Suffice to say that it will be one of the greatest metal albums to come out of India, both musically and sonically. We're stoked here, and yes you will be too.
